Airport Parking

Optimize Revenue by Offering New Parking Products

This large international airport in the Southwest is implementing a frequent parker program for their corporate customers. The program would charge a flat monthly rate for unlimited access to all of the airport’s parking lots. The RezPort system Loyalty and Pricing modules allow parking customers to pay online for the frequent parker product and generate a bar code receipt with unlimited access to the airport parking lots. An additional option would be limited access based on the airport’s program offering and customer needs, for instance Monday through Friday only.

In addition, RezPort’s built-in loyalty program would then reward frequent parkers with points for future parking.

Turbo Charge a Dated Infrastructure with a Powerful New Parking Software System

A Midsized Airport already has PARCS equipment, but they are looking to add reservation capability/software to the existing system. RezPort integrates quickly and easily into the PARCS equipment to allow the airport to begin taking reservations. In addition to the reservation module, the system will now allow the airport to manage the rates on the various lots on a real-time basis, tied back to real-time parking occupancy.

Upgrade Parking Infrastructure to Maximize Revenue and Efficiency

A growing Southeast airport is upgrading its whole infrastructure to improve flexibility to experiment with different parking offerings, including reservations and monthly options. The airport currently has a small percentage of spots for reserved parking. They are using a parking management company for the reserved spots, but those spots are underutilized. RezPort offers a number of solutions for this airport, including PARCS integration for the reserved parking, yield management to increase revenue across all other parking spots and better marketing for higher utilization on the reserved parking spots.
