Bill Dwyer
Bill Dwyer is a seasoned hospitality executive with over 25 years of sales, marketing and management experience. He started his career in the car rental industry and quickly moved up from corporate sales to a Director of Key accounts. The desire to learn more about the hospitality industry, led him to numerous other opportunities within the hotel, cruise, time-share and now the parking industry. Bill is the VP Sales Development for Parking Reservation Software.
Bill credits his success to being passionate about his client’s needs, goals, and non-stop energy. He brings a broad perspective to the parking industry and the changes needed to move it forward. Bill is a history major from Marquette University and currently resides in Coral Springs Florida with his wife and two daughters.
Alan Gancar
Alan Gancar is the Customer Support Manager who works with Parking Reservation Software Clients and the Support Team to help assist customers with any request or issue they may have. After spending 5 years working as customer support with Parking Reservation Software software, Alan is well versed in understanding all aspects of the Parking Reservation Software system to help direct the Support Department. He also works closely with Parking Reservation Software Development Department to help assist them in existing and new functionality to enhance the system.
Alan holds a AS degree in Computer Science in Computer Programming from St Petersburg College.
Errol F. Gayle
Errol Gayle is a marketing executive with upper management experience in strategic planning and the deployment of multi-channel, innovative and profitable marketing programs. He is the Vice President of Business Development for Tampa, FL-based Parking Reservation Software, LLC (Parking Reservation Software).
He has experience in the Technology and Travel industries. He has worked for Advantage Rent A Car, Avis Budget Group and Alamo National Rent A Car. Errol has a proven track record for increasing year over year revenue and has launched successful loyalty programs for travel providers and against channels such as travel planners and travel aggregators. His corporate experience includes responsibility for the EMEA, LAC, Asia Pacific, Australia and New Zealand regions.
Errol has expert credentials in revenue generation, partnership marketing, ecommerce, account management training & development and relationship building.
Jason Kistler
Jason Kistler is a strong and creative senior technical leader with two decades of experience engineering multi-million dollar enterprise systems and leading development projects and software teams in a multitude of industries and markets. From the heavily regulated financial sector to parking management systems, Jason has been involved in the design, architecture and leadership of numerous successful, large-scale projects for large reputable and respected software companies and large corporations. Jason is currently the Vice-President of Engineering for Parking Reservation Software.
Jason’s strengths are deeply rooted in the design and architecture of enterprise systems and data structures but his skills as a natural leader have always placed him in leadership roles even before he ever transitioned to management. His extensive experience in customer support, networking operations and software engineering has provided the skills and knowledge necessary to successfully deliver and manage a highly advanced and expansive platform solution. He now leads the development, quality control and support teams for Parking Reservation Software’s complete parking management system. Beginning as one of its original architects, Jason has moved this system from a small, reservation based software application to a highly versatile, complete enterprise grade parking management platform with extensive third party integrations and some of the most advanced backing infrastructure available in the industry.
Candice Knight
Candice Knight is the Sr. Marketing Manager at Parking Reservation Software. With a solid background in both B2C and B2B marketing environments, she has expertise in digital and traditional marketing and advertising, public relations, branding, content development, new product development, multi-lingual website management, and marketing strategy and analytics.
With over two decades of Marketing, her experience spans across a broad range of industries including Parking, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Accounting, Distribution, Non-Profit, and Numismatics and she has worked for such companies as Touche Ross (now Deloitte & Touche), Oneida Ltd., Park ‘N Fly, Summit Industries, and Certified Collectibles Group.
Jackie Muto
Jackie Muto is Web Developer/Graphic Designer for Parking Reservation Software, who has a solid background and understanding of web development within the Parking industry. In addition to her development and design skills, she has years of marketing experience with a focus on email marketing, CMS management and more.
Before earning her degree in Web Development and Design, she worked for 10+ years as Executive Legal Assistant for a legal firm specializing in construction law.
Jackie also has extensive volunteer experience in the nonprofit sector where she has held numerous positions.
William N. Plamondon III
William Plamondon is a senior executive who has a broad variety of leadership experience in industries such as Travel, Financial Services, Technology and Automotive. He has served as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Restructuring Officer, Board of Director Member and Senior Advisor in both public and private national and international companies. Bill Plamondon is the CEO of Parking Reservation Software.
He is a proven leader and a financial turn-around expert in the areas of corporate finance, organizational restructuring, business development, IT and strategic partnerships. He has been CEO and a Member of the Board Directors for Budget Rent a Car, Alamo/National Rent a Car, Advantage Rent a Car and First Merchants Acceptance Corporation.
Bill founded R.I. Heller & Company, a global professional services firm specializing in providing turnaround management, performance improvement, corporate advisory services, and strategic new business development. He is a member of the Board of Directors and currently President of the American Car Rental Association.
He brings his inspirational and proven senior level skill-set to guiding Parking Reservation Software to a preeminent and leading position in the Parking Management Software industry.
David J. Sparks
David Sparks is an innovative marketing leader with senior level experience in the areas of strategic growth planning, new product development, technology and multi-channel marketing. David is the acting CMO for Parking Reservation Software.
He has deep experience in the Technology, Transportation, Travel and Entertainment industries where he was Chief Marketing Officer/EVP for companies such as Budget Rent a Car, UShip/Red Roller, Advantage Rent a Car, and Universal Studios. David has also been responsible for launching numerous technology start-ups in the insurance and Mobile Marketing arenas. His client experience includes responsibility for the EMEA, LAC and the Asia Pacific regions.
An acknowledged expert in new product development, he also has deep experience with all aspects of commercial web development, digital marketing, ecommerce, mobile marketing and content development.
